The division is responsible for the continuous collection, assessment, documentation, and reporting of suspected adverse events associated with products distributed by L-Pharm, in accordance with international pharmacovigilance standards and applicable regulatory frameworks.

Through continuous safety monitoring, scientific evaluation, and risk assessment, the department supports the early detection of potential safety concerns and contributes to the implementation of appropriate corrective and preventive measures when required.
